Hamburg {Improvements}
Happy start of a new week! I have been busy with work, trying not to get sick, while in between visiting my dear friend in Hamburg. The weather (for this time of the year) was wonderful and so was the company.

Time {Improvements}
Happy Friday! This week's improvements are a reminder that living in the moment doesn't mean trying to fit everything in one single day when it results in rushing, stress, lack of sleep, irritation etc. Taken the proper time, things will result in higher quality with bigger accomplishments. Remember?
Remember Romeo & Juliet with Leo and Claire? It was (and still is) one of my favorite movies! It is one of those movies where everything was perfect: the story, the actors, the drama, the music, the director, the timing, everything. I am {Improvements}
Happy Monday! After a weekend of focusing on me, I am starting to feel like myself again. I started a new great book (see here) and love soaking up the words and more wisdom. Being who you are comes from all the interests you engage in. This week's improvement is on being who you are:

Winter gear
Happy Monday everyone! In order to fight against coughs and colds, I have been upping my vitamin intake, wearing my pre- winter coats (the coats you want to wear in the winter, but simple are too thin), exchanged the fabrics of my scarfs and staying more in. Here are some of my favorites during the "inside season":
1) Tea (of course): at the moment the teas of Betjeman & Barton are equally appreciated as the Yogi teas.
2) Reading books: my fall list contains of thrillers, mindfulness and magazines (ok not really books, but some are quite huge).
3) Dinner and drinks with friends: the more the merrier. My favorite dishes are savory, filling and healthy dishes with loads of veggies. As for the drinks, I am a sucker for a nice glass of red or a cocktail.
4) Visiting museums: as the rain makes it less desirable to walk the street, it is nice to walk viewing art while chatting along with your favorite people.
5) Movies! Or series! Recently been visiting the theatre more often or simple watch a dvd from the home library and just relax.
6) Online shopping: never gets boring, is easy as it doesn't require facing the cold streets.

Upgrade to winter
Happy Monday! Although the sun comes out occasionally and the temperature is not that low (10-15 degrees), my body needs more layers of clothes and extra care. It is time to prep for the winter. As a true tea addict, I went over my stock and noticed that my "warm" teas were missing. So this weekend I bought some of my favorites, pulled out my sweaters, upgraded my vitamin intake and took out my big scarves. What are your preparations for the winter?

Others {Improvements}
This week started off with loads of raining, tea and hard work. But as of yesterday, the weather has been more gentle, the sun is a little bit out and the smiles are back on. This week, I wanted to focus on being positive and available for one another. Your mood and energy can have impact on others, so I remind myself that all that I do, think, want, focus on...can change the course of others. Have a great weekend!
