Ginger lemon tea
Lately, I have been addicted to ginger lemon tea (from Yogi). It is fresh and powerful at the same time. It's warm, but also gives you an energy kick...and it is a helper against a heavy cold! I like it in the afternoon, as a boost for the last hours at work or at Sundays after yoga. You can also make it yourself with fresh ginger pieces (take them out after a few minutes), lemon juice and honey. Enjoy!
