Happy Wednesday! In the afternoons when I´m almost done with work and know I still have to travel 1.5- 2 hours back home, I get in a snack phase (survival mode as diner seems far far away). I would love to say that it is always a healthy one, but in reality it is mostly not. I often choose the pre-packed energy bars, crackers, nuts or candy, but I would like to make some effort. What do you think?
