Happy Monday! Hope your weekend was wonderful! Mine was pretty good, with a trip to Groningen, one of the Dutch provinces that lies approximately 2.5-3 hours away from Amsterdam. I took the train with my sister, as we had discounted tickets and could used them in any destination within the country. We decided to visit the Groninger museum that currently has an exhibition on Iris van Herpen. She worked for Alexander McQueen in the past and it shows: amazing craftsmanship, futuristic, symmetric and feminine. We had a blast going through these creations. The weekend ended on a more sour note: the Dutch football team didn't make it to the quarter finals :(.

What a fabulous exhibit! Must have been great to see. Sorry that the weekend ended on a sour note though. I can totally sympathize being a sports fan myself :) xoxo
What an interesting exhibit. It must have been cool to see in person.
