Happy Tuesday! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I certainly had, the weather has been amazing and an extra day off is always the best. Sun city

Happy Friday everyone! The weekend is almost here, just a few hours away...it has been very nice in Amsterdam, the weather is so good that work seems unbearable. To top that, I started a 3 day training course for work (read: small, air deprived room with warm screen monitor staring at you all day), so I was happy to enjoy a nice dinner outside with colleagues, talking about anything but work. This weekend I plan on sitting some more outside, celebrate my friends birthday and see where the sun will take me. Have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Monday

Happy Monday everyone! Sorry for taking such a long weekend nap, but I am back and the workweek has started once again! It was great to have 4 days off in a row. The sun was occasionally shining, so I made sure I got enough sun, did some shopping for the apartment ( I was siting at a dining chair at my desk, so now I finally bought a normal office chair), had a 30th birthday of my dear friend, enjoyed some wine, did some yoga (after being a no show for two months) and chilled with my magazines. Meatless

One thing in particularly that I really appreciated from Hamburg (and its famous "bratwursts"), is that there were plenty of meatless food options: I ordered either fish or vegetarian dishes....and they were so good! One of my favorites was the cannelloni with artichoke! Happy Tuesday (one more day and then it will be weekend for me)!

Hamburg

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you had a nice weekend and are ready for another week of work and/or pleasure. My weekend in Hamburg was incredible: I got introduced to an amazing city by my friend, had the best tour around including good food, drinks, music, shopping, festivals and architecture. It is a city that is often overlooked, but is definitely worth visiting :)
